#1 Sales Employment Partner

South Africa’s Top 1% in Sales.
Skip the Search.

Sellsius recruits elite SDRs, account executives, closers, and customer service professionals from South Africa's top 1%. Sourced, screened, and interviewed before they ever reach your calendar.

120+ candidates placed across 14+ industries and 6+ countries.

Recruitment Built for Scaling Revenue Teams

Generic recruiters optimize for filled roles. We optimize for quota. Every search we run is built around one question: will this person actually move your pipeline or your customer satisfaction numbers?

That means we don't just check for keywords on a CV. We assess sales aptitude, communication under pressure, coachability, and cultural fit with your team before a candidate ever gets your attention. Avoid the 35–45% SDR churn cycle.

Roles We Recruit

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)

Outbound and inbound cold callers, and GTM specialists who fill your pipeline with qualified conversations, not just activity metrics.

Account Executives & Closers

Experienced dealmakers who can run a full-cycle deal, from discovery to signed contract, in your market.

Customer Service & Support Professionals

Frontline talent who protect your retention numbers and turn support interactions into loyalty.

Customer Success Managers

Relationship-first professionals focused on renewal, expansion, and long-term account health.

Virtual Assistants

High-impact admin and operational support so your team can stay focused on revenue-generating work.

How Our Recruitment Process Works

Five stages. You only step in to meet the shortlist and say yes.

  1. Discovery

We learn your role, your ICP, your sales motion or service standards, and what "great" actually looks like for your team.

  2. Sourcing

We headhunt South Africa's deep resources and tap into our extensive sales network of English-fluent, commercially sharp talent, most of whom you'll never find on a generic job board.

  3. Screening & Interviews

Every candidate is assessed for skill, aptitude, and fit before you meet them. You only see people who could genuinely do the job.

  4. Client Interviews

You meet a tightly curated shortlist, not a stack of fifty CVs to sift through yourself.

  5. Offer & Onboarding

Once you've chosen your candidate, we support the offer process and, if needed, handle compliant employment through our Employer of Record service.

Why Recruit From South Africa

Top 1% Talent

Rigorously screened candidates who clear a bar most local hires never see.

Speed

Trained, job-ready candidates identified in days, not the 3–6 months of a typical internal search.

Cost

Access elite talent at roughly a third of the cost of an equivalent US/UK/EU hire.

Fluency & Culture

Native English speakers already aligned to US, UK, and European business norms.

Retention-Minded

We screen for long-term fit, not just a quick placement, because turnover costs you more than the search ever did.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from a normal recruitment agency?
We specialize exclusively in sales and customer-facing roles and lead the market for sourcing the best talent across South Africa. We leverage our 10+ years of sales experience, knowing which universities, companies, cities and backgrounds produce the top talent every company craves.
Can I hire without setting up a South African entity?
Yes. We can employ your candidate on your behalf through our Employer of Record service, so there's no legal setup required on your end.
How long does a search typically take?
Most clients meet a qualified shortlist within two weeks of kicking off the search. The duration of the process is fully dependent on how quickly your team can turn around meeting times and close out your own internal hiring processes.
What if the placement doesn't work out?
We build searches around long-term fit specifically to avoid this and back our placements with performance accountability and a 3-month placement guarantee period with % refunds or free replacements.
How do you charge?
We charge a success-only placement fee on the candidate's start date for finding that perfect fit. If for whatever reason we don't place, there are no fees.
